Rebrand

Brief
Teen Link is an amazing call line which gives teens the chance to talk to trained peers about issues they are going through. A friend worked there and I brought them in as a pro bono client at Wexley, resulting in a complete rebrand. Due to their lack of funds and lack of time, their brand was corporate and devoid of personality, with nothing the students connected with or reacted to.

Execution
We first concepted an umbrella tagline, “talk it out,” a simple sentiment that encouraged teens to not let their feelings stew and to call the hotline to talk to someone who understood and could help. Next we did a complete brand overhaul including a new website, poster series, t-shirts and booklet centered around hand drawn characters representing a range of teenage emotions which can be difficult to cope with alone.

Result
The t-shirts were so popular they began selling them, and the posters were all stolen and put up in lockers, which is the most you can hope for with a teenage consumer.
