Brief
In 2007 Microsoft’s annual company meeting morale had dropped to an all time low, so much so that half of the 16,000 attendees left before the show’s completion. They needed an injection of energy, fun and a little honesty. So naturally they called upon us to make it happen.

Execution
To build buzz for the meeting we created a series of mockumentary videos featuring a crack marketing team chock full of MS insights. Employees responded in droves to the honesty and humor, and for the first time ever company meeting sold out. On the big day attendees were not disappointed, as they were dazzled with pyro, a world-record airplane toss, break dancers, the blue thunder drum line, and Rainn Wilson as host.

Result
First ever sold out Company meeting, and the highest rated Company Meeting ever. MS asked us back the next year, where we scored again with host Seth Meyers, a human earthquake, and remote controlled crowd blimps.
